KURAYAMI — Returns & Refunds Policy


This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning or exchanging products purchased from KURAYAMI. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.



1. General Return Rights

In accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, you may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase/receipt, provided that: The product is in its original condition, unused, and unwashed. The product includes all original packaging, tags, and invoice.



2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within the applicable return window. Defects must be reported promptly to [cs@kurayami.store] along with your order details. 



3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.



4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.



5. Final Sale Items

Certain limited-edition or final-sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page and invoice at the time of purchase.



6. Return Process

7. Invoices

All returns must be accompanied by the original electronic invoice issued in compliance with MOCI requirements.
