This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by KURAYAMI. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within the State of Kuwait only. Orders outside Kuwait are not available at this time.
2. Delivery Partners
Orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party shipping providers. Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to their schedule and operations.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1-2 business days] after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Kuwait usually takes [3–7 business days] after processing. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, traffic, weather).
5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate and accessible. If a delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Shipping Fees
Delivery fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on the Site.
7. Order Tracking
Where available, you may receive a tracking link or reference number once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the courier.
8. Risk of Loss & Invoices
Risk and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by courier services, but we will assist you in resolving issues. All orders are issued with an electronic invoice in compliance with Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI) requirements.
