KURAYAMI — Terms of Service
Welcome to KURAYAMI. These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from our online store. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally capable of contracting under Kuwaiti law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
2. Electronic Transactions
Orders and confirmations through this Site are valid electronic records under Law No. 20 of 2014 on Electronic Transactions.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice. If an error in pricing or stock occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon dispatch or explicit confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders (e.g., incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unserviceable addresses).
5. Payments
Payments are accepted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Methods: KNET and cards processed through Tap Payments. Payment information is securely processed by the gateway; we do not store card or KNET credentials.

9. Intellectual Property
The KURAYAMI brand name, logo, website content, and original creative assets are the property of KURAYAMI and protected under applicable laws. Our collections include both original fan-inspired artwork created by KURAYAMI and designs that incorporate direct elements from anime, manga, video games, and other creative works. We do not claim ownership of, or association with, the creators, publishers, or rights holders of these third-party works. All copyrights and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Our products are unofficial, unlicensed designs created for fans, and are not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the original rights holders. Customers may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit KURAYAMI’s brand identity, logos, or original design work without prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: Attempting unauthorized access or interfering with site operation. Using the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, KURAYAMI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 and related regulations. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwait courts.

These Terms may be provided in Arabic and English. In case of conflict, the Arabic version shall prevail in accordance with Kuwaiti law.
