Welcome to KURAYAMI.

KURAYAMI is a brand owned and operated by FAWAZ ALRASHED CO FOR GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES, a company registered in the State of Kuwait.

In these Terms and Conditions, “KURAYAMI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FAWAZ ALRASHED CO FOR GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES as the legal entity operating the KURAYAMI brand.

كورايامي علامة تجارية مملوكة ومدارة من قبل شركة فواز الراشد للهدايا والكماليات، وهي شركة مسجلة في دولة الكويت.

ويقصد بعبارات «كورايامي» و«نحن» و«لنا» في هذه الشروط والأحكام شركة فواز الراشد للهدايا والكماليات بصفتها الكيان القانوني المشغل لعلامة كورايامي التجارية.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, as well as orders and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referred to within them.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام دخولك إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني واستخدامه، بالإضافة إلى الطلبات وعمليات الشراء التي تتم من خلال متجرنا الإلكتروني.

من خلال دخولك إلى موقعنا أو إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط والأحكام ووافقت عليها وعلى السياسات المشار إليها فيها.

2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

If you do not have full legal capacity, you may use the website or place an order only with the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

يجب أن تتمتع بالأهلية القانونية اللازمة لإبرام عقد ملزم وفقًا لقوانين دولة الكويت.

إذا لم تكن تتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة، فلا يجوز لك استخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب إلا بعلم وموافقة وإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your password and account information and for activity conducted through your account.

You must inform us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

3. Electronic Transactions and Contracting Process

Orders, confirmations, invoices, notices, and other communications made through our website or by electronic means may constitute valid electronic records in accordance with applicable Kuwaiti law, including Law No. 20 of 2014 concerning Electronic Transactions.

The general steps for placing an order are:

Select an available payment method.

Review and submit the order.

٦. مراجعة الطلب وإرساله.

You will be given an opportunity to review and correct the information shown during checkout before submitting the order.

ستتاح لك فرصة مراجعة المعلومات الظاهرة أثناء إتمام الطلب وتصحيحها قبل إرسال الطلب.

If you discover an error after submitting an order, you must contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the error where the order has not already entered preparation, payment, or delivery processing.

إذا اكتشفت خطأ بعد إرسال الطلب، فيجب عليك التواصل معنا فورًا. وسنبذل جهودًا معقولة لتصحيح الخطأ إذا لم يكن الطلب قد دخل بالفعل في مرحلة التجهيز أو معالجة الدفع أو التوصيل.

An automated message confirming that we received your order is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

الرسالة الآلية التي تؤكد استلامنا لطلبك تعد إشعارًا باستلام الطلب، ولا تعني بالضرورة قبول الطلب.

A binding sales contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of the order, issue the final order confirmation or invoice, or dispatch the order, whichever occurs first.

يتم إبرام عقد البيع الملزم عند تأكيدنا الصريح لقبول الطلب أو إصدار تأكيد الطلب النهائي أو الفاتورة أو إرسال الطلب للتوصيل، أيها يحدث أولًا.

After the contract is formed, we will provide an electronic order confirmation or invoice using the contact information supplied during checkout.

بعد إبرام العقد، سنقدم تأكيدًا إلكترونيًا للطلب أو فاتورة إلكترونية باستخدام معلومات التواصل المقدمة أثناء إتمام الطلب.

The invoice may be provided in Arabic and English and will contain the required order, pricing, payment, and delivery information.

You agree that order confirmations, invoices, policies, and other notices may be provided electronically.

أنت توافق على إمكانية تقديم تأكيدات الطلبات والفواتير والسياسات والإشعارات الأخرى بالوسائل الإلكترونية.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, sizes, colours, and other information accurately.

Product colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, photography, or normal production variations.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s identity, quality, function, or advertised characteristics will not automatically be considered defects.

لا تعد الاختلافات البسيطة التي لا تؤثر بشكل جوهري في هوية المنتج أو جودته أو وظيفته أو خصائصه المعلنة عيوبًا تلقائيًا.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not comply with applicable law.

لا يحد أي نص في هذا البند من حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير صحيح أو مختلفًا بشكل جوهري عن وصفه أو غير مطابق للقانون المعمول به.

Product images are provided for presentation and reference. Products will be supplied according to the confirmed product description, size, and options stated in your order.

تقدم صور المنتجات لأغراض العرض والتوضيح، وسيتم توفير المنتجات وفقًا لوصف المنتج والمقاس والخيارات المؤكدة في طلبك.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

٥. الأسعار والعروض والتوافر

All prices are displayed and charged in Kuwaiti dinars unless clearly stated otherwise.

تعرض جميع الأسعار وتحصل بالدينار الكويتي ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك بوضوح.

The final product price and any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you submit and pay for the order.

سيتم عرض السعر النهائي للمنتج وأي رسوم توصيل مطبقة قبل إرسال الطلب ودفع قيمته.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery area and will be disclosed during checkout.

قد تختلف رسوم التوصيل بحسب منطقة التوصيل، وسيتم توضيحها أثناء إتمام الطلب.

Prices, promotions, product details, and availability may be changed for future orders without prior notice.

يجوز تعديل الأسعار والعروض وتفاصيل المنتجات ومدى توافرها بالنسبة للطلبات المستقبلية دون إشعار مسبق.

Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

لن تؤثر التعديلات في طلب تم قبوله بالفعل، إلا عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا قانونًا أو متفقًا عليه مع العميل.

Any promotional offer, discount, or reduced price may be subject to specific conditions and a stated validity period.

يجوز أن يخضع أي عرض ترويجي أو خصم أو سعر مخفض لشروط محددة ومدة صلاحية معلنة.

Promotional terms will be disclosed with the relevant offer where applicable.

سيتم توضيح شروط العرض الترويجي مع العرض المعني عند الاقتضاء.

Products may be offered in limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.

قد تقدم المنتجات بكميات محدودة، وقد تصبح غير متاحة دون إشعار مسبق.

Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability.

لا تؤدي إضافة المنتج إلى سلة التسوق إلى حجزه أو ضمان توافره.

If an obvious pricing, description, stock, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information.

If you do not wish to proceed, or if we cannot fulfil the order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a full refund for any amount already paid for it.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.

يمثل تقديم الطلب عرضًا لشراء المنتجات المختارة وفقًا لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

يجوز لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه لسبب مشروع، بما في ذلك:

A product becoming unavailable.

An obvious pricing or product-information error.
وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو معلومات المنتج.
Failed, rejected, reversed, or unauthorized payment.

Suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
الاشتباه في وجود احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو نشاط غير قانوني.
Incomplete or inaccurate customer or delivery information.
عدم اكتمال أو صحة معلومات العميل أو التوصيل.
An address that cannot reasonably be serviced by our authorized delivery provider.
وجود عنوان لا يمكن لشركة التوصيل المعتمدة خدمته بشكل معقول.
A technical issue that prevents the order from being processed correctly.
وجود مشكلة تقنية تمنع معالجة الطلب بشكل صحيح.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled products using the original payment method or another method agreed with you.

إذا ألغينا طلبًا بعد تحصيل المبلغ بنجاح، فسنعيد كامل المبلغ المدفوع عن المنتجات الملغاة باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو أي وسيلة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها معك.

We will not cancel an accepted order for arbitrary or discriminatory reasons.

لن نلغي طلبًا تم قبوله لأسباب تعسفية أو تمييزية.

Customer requests to cancel or amend an order are subject to the order’s processing status, our Returns and Refunds Policy, and any rights available under applicable law.

تخضع طلبات العميل لإلغاء الطلب أو تعديله لحالة معالجة الطلب وسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ وأي حقوق مقررة بموجب القانون المعمول به.

7. Payments

Payments are accepted in Kuwaiti dinars.

Available payment methods may include:

KNET.

Accepted bank or payment cards.
البطاقات المصرفية أو بطاقات الدفع المقبولة.

Payments are processed securely through Tap Payments or another authorized payment-service provider shown during checkout.

تتم معالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن من خلال شركة تاب بيمنتس أو أي مزود خدمة دفع معتمد آخر يظهر أثناء إتمام الطلب.

We do not directly store complete bank-card details, card security codes, or complete KNET credentials.

لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات البطاقة المصرفية كاملة أو رمز أمان البطاقة أو بيانات خدمة كي نت الكاملة بشكل مباشر.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

من خلال تقديم معلومات الدفع، فإنك تؤكد ما يلي:

The payment information is accurate and complete.
أن معلومات الدفع صحيحة وكاملة.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
أنك مخول باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المختارة.
Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
أن الرصيد أو الحد الائتماني المتاح كاف لإتمام المعاملة.

An order may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, verified, or completed.

يجوز تأخير الطلب أو رفضه أو إلغاؤه إذا تعذر التصريح بالدفع أو التحقق منه أو إتمامه.

We will not impose an additional fee solely for using a particular electronic payment method unless such a fee is legally permitted, properly approved where required, and clearly disclosed before payment.

لن نفرض رسومًا إضافية لمجرد استخدام وسيلة دفع إلكترونية معينة إلا إذا كانت هذه الرسوم مسموحة قانونًا ومعتمدة حسب الأصول عند الحاجة وتم توضيحها بوضوح قبل الدفع.

Refunds may require processing time by the payment-service provider or issuing bank after we submit the refund request.

قد تتطلب المبالغ المستردة مدة معالجة من مزود خدمة الدفع أو البنك المصدر للبطاقة بعد تقديمنا لطلب الاسترداد.

8. Shipping and Delivery

٨. الشحن والتوصيل

We currently deliver orders within the State of Kuwait only. International shipping is not currently available.

نقوم حاليًا بتوصيل الطلبات داخل دولة الكويت فقط. الشحن الدولي غير متاح في الوقت الحالي.

The estimated delivery period of one to five business days applies only to local deliveries within the State of Kuwait.

تطبق مدة التوصيل التقديرية التي تتراوح بين يوم عمل واحد وخمسة أيام عمل على الطلبات المحلية داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, international delivery periods and charges may differ depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and other relevant factors. The applicable delivery estimate and shipping charge will be clearly disclosed before the international order is completed.

إذا أصبح الشحن الدولي متاحًا في المستقبل، فقد تختلف مدة التوصيل ورسوم الشحن الدولي بحسب دولة الوجهة وشركة الشحن والإجراءات الجمركية وغيرها من العوامل ذات الصلة. وسيتم توضيح مدة التوصيل التقديرية ورسوم الشحن المطبقة بوضوح قبل إتمام الطلب الدولي.

Orders within Kuwait are delivered through an authorized third-party courier provider.

يتم توصيل الطلبات داخل دولة الكويت من خلال شركة توصيل خارجية معتمدة.

The estimated local delivery period is generally between one and five business days, unless a different period is clearly stated during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

تتراوح مدة التوصيل المحلية التقديرية عادة بين يوم عمل واحد وخمسة أيام عمل، ما لم يتم توضيح مدة أخرى أثناء إتمام الطلب أو في تأكيد الطلب أو في سياسة الشحن والتوصيل.

Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by order volume, the delivery area, public holidays, severe weather, operational interruptions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery charges may vary by area and will be displayed before the order is completed.

قد تختلف رسوم التوصيل بحسب المنطقة، وسيتم عرضها قبل إتمام الطلب.

أنت مسؤول عن تقديم عنوان توصيل كامل وصحيح ورقم هاتف صالح، وعن التواجد بشكل معقول لاستلام الطلب.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, an unavailable recipient, restricted access to the delivery location, or repeated failure to respond to the courier.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة قدمها العميل أو عدم توافر المستلم أو تعذر الوصول إلى موقع التوصيل أو تكرار عدم الرد على شركة التوصيل.

Where permitted by law and disclosed to you, an additional reasonable delivery charge may apply if delivery must be attempted again because of circumstances caused by the customer.

عندما يسمح القانون بذلك ويتم توضيحه لك، يجوز فرض رسوم توصيل إضافية معقولة إذا تطلب الأمر إعادة محاولة التوصيل بسبب ظروف ناتجة عن العميل.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a significant delay or difficulty that materially affects the expected delivery of your order.

سنبذل جهودًا معقولة لإبلاغك بأي تأخير كبير أو صعوبة تؤثر بشكل جوهري في موعد توصيل طلبك المتوقع.

Where a delivery delay gives you a cancellation or refund right under applicable law, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits that right.

إذا ترتب على تأخر التوصيل حق للعميل في الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ بموجب القانون المعمول به، فلا يحد أي نص في هذه الشروط والأحكام من ذلك الحق.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person authorized by you to receive it.

تنتقل إليك مسؤولية فقدان المنتج أو تلفه عند تسليم الطلب إليك أو إلى شخص مخول من قبلك باستلامه.

Additional information is provided in our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

ترد معلومات إضافية في سياسة الشحن والتوصيل المنفصلة، والتي تعد جزءًا من هذه الشروط والأحكام.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

٩. الإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ

Returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in our Returns and Refunds Policy or these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any mandatory right available to you under Kuwaiti consumer-protection law.

لا يستبعد أي نص في سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ أو هذه الشروط والأحكام أي حق إلزامي مقرر لك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة الكويت ولا يقيده.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its advertised description, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order information and reasonable evidence of the issue.

إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير صحيح أو مختلفًا بشكل جوهري عن وصفه المعلن، فيجب عليك التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بشكل معقول وتقديم معلومات الطلب وإثبات معقول للمشكلة.

We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our published policy.

سنراجع المشكلة ونقدم الحل المطلوب بموجب القانون المعمول به وسياستنا المنشورة.

When contacting us about an order, please provide your name, order number, contact information, and a clear description of the issue.

We will review complaints fairly and make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve them within an appropriate period based on the nature of the issue.

سنراجع الشكاوى بعدالة، وسنبذل جهودًا معقولة للرد عليها وحلها خلال مدة مناسبة بحسب طبيعة المشكلة.

We may request photographs, videos, delivery information, transaction references, or other reasonable evidence necessary to investigate a complaint.

يجوز لنا طلب صور أو مقاطع مرئية أو معلومات التوصيل أو مراجع المعاملة أو غيرها من الأدلة المعقولة اللازمة للتحقيق في الشكوى.

Complaint records and related communications may be retained for the period required under applicable Kuwaiti law.

يجوز الاحتفاظ بسجلات الشكاوى والمراسلات المرتبطة بها للمدة المطلوبة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

You may also exercise any right to submit a complaint to the competent Kuwaiti authority.

ويجوز لك أيضًا ممارسة أي حق في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة في دولة الكويت.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

١١. الخصوصية والمعلومات الشخصية

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

تخضع عمليات جمع المعلومات الشخصية واستخدامها وتخزينها ومشاركتها وحمايتها لسياسة الخصوصية، والتي تعد جزءًا من هذه الشروط والأحكام.

By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت سياسة الخصوصية.

Where consent is legally required for a particular use of your personal information, consent will be requested separately where appropriate.

The KURAYAMI brand name, logo, visual identity, website layout, original written content, original photography, and original creative assets owned by us are the property of FAWAZ ALRASHED CO FOR GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.

يعد اسم علامة كورايامي وشعارها وهويتها البصرية وتصميم موقعها والمحتوى الكتابي الأصلي والصور الأصلية والأصول الإبداعية الأصلية المملوكة لنا ملكًا لشركة فواز الراشد للهدايا والكماليات، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with the product, brand, packaging, photography, or website content.

لا يؤدي شراء المنتج إلى نقل ملكية أي من حقوق الملكية الفكرية المرتبطة بالمنتج أو العلامة التجارية أو التغليف أو الصور أو محتوى الموقع.

ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة، فإن ظهور أو الإشارة إلى أي ملكية فكرية تعود للغير لا يعني أن الجهة المعنية ترعى كورايامي أو تؤيدها أو توافق عليها أو ترتبط بها تجاريًا.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants us, you, or any other person ownership of or permission to use intellectual property belonging to a third party.

13. Acceptable Use of the Website

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

A failure by the customer to follow reasonable product-care instructions.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights.
ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة، مع مراعاة أي حقوق إلزامية في الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ أو حماية المستهلك.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

لا يستبعد أي نص في هذه الشروط المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو سوء السلوك المتعمد أو الإهمال الجسيم أو أي مسؤولية أخرى لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

١٧. الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة

We will not be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport interruptions, widespread technical failures, public emergencies, labour disruptions, or failures affecting essential third-party infrastructure.

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other right that applicable law grants to the customer because of a substantial or prolonged delay.

18. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our business, website, services, policies, payment methods, legal obligations, or operational requirements.

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام لتعكس التغييرات في أعمالنا أو موقعنا أو خدماتنا أو سياساتنا أو وسائل الدفع أو التزاماتنا القانونية أو متطلباتنا التشغيلية.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of the State of Kuwait, without limiting any right the customer may have to submit a complaint to a competent governmental or regulatory authority.

يخضع أي نزاع يتعذر حله وديًا لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في دولة الكويت، دون تقييد أي حق للعميل في تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حكومية أو رقابية مختصة.

تقدم هذه الشروط والأحكام باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Both versions are intended to communicate the same rules and obligations.

يقصد من النسختين توضيح القواعد والالتزامات ذاتها.

If there is a conflict, inconsistency, or difference in interpretation between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version will prevail, subject to applicable Kuwaiti law.

في حال وجود تعارض أو اختلاف أو تفاوت في التفسير بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، تكون الأولوية للنص العربي، مع مراعاة القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.
